Where is Altivo coffee sourced?

Our coffee comes from the Andes of Antioquia, Colombia a region known for its high altitude, rich soils, and exceptional quality.

Is Altivo single origin?

Yes. Our current offering is a single-origin Colombian coffee, sourced from carefully selected farms in the Andes region.

Is it whole bean or ground?

You can choose whole bean or ground at checkout to match your brewing method.

What does it taste like?

Smooth and balanced, with notes of panela, honey, cane sugar, and a subtle citrus brightness a reflection of its origin and altitude.

When is the coffee roasted?

We roast in small batches to ensure every bag delivers peak freshness.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

For the best experience, enjoy within 30 days of opening. Keep it sealed, away from light, heat, and moisture.

How long does shipping take?

ALTIVO’s first drop is currently available as a pre-order batch .


Our coffee is on its way from Colombia to the U.S., so orders from this first batch are estimated to ship within 2–3 weeks.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send a confirmation once your order ships .

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping on multi-bag orders and special drops.

Do you accept returns?

Because coffee is a fresh food product, we don’t accept returns on opened bags.
